Greenways shortlisted for LABC West of England Building Excellence Awards 2019
New Build House
Greenways is new single storey house, built for the clients and their family. Sited in the large rear garden of an early C20th house in Combe Down, Bath, it is organised in two wings arranged to create a semi enclosed south facing garden. Living and bedrooms rooms face into the garden, avoiding overlooking neighbours. Below a green, sedum roof, the external walls are faced with split faced, long format concrete bricks. These reflect the rectilinear character of the building as a whole.
