Listed Building Consent and planning approval has been obtained for the conversion of former attic space within what was once the first Condensed Milk factory in the country to office space. Occupiers Alliance Pharmaceuticals intend to expand to include this space by 2021 and have been refurbishing the building in phases. Interior Design and space planning is by Wylde IA.
