Workplace
It is our experience that the benefit of a really good working environment is directly related to an organisation’s efficiency, productivity and wellbeing. Adopting a considered design approach from the outset of a project allows for an investigation into various strategies which can assist in creating a positive place to work. These might include linking internal and external spaces, considering how natural light and sunlight enter the building and creating social areas for staff interaction (such as atria, cafés and breakout spaces).
Providing an exemplary working environment can assist in reducing levels of staff turnover and sick leave, increasing productivity and being attractive to new staff - all of long term benefit to any organisation.
