We purchased a site with a mobile home in 1997, and after a protracted planning application we started construction in May 2000.

The house is a considered response to it’s landscape setting, using experimetal construction,and appropriate technology to give a very low energy and sustainable solution: The house uses rainwater harvesting, passive and active solar energy, and it’s practically PVC free.
