James Feghali Associate ARB

James graduated from the University of Bath in 1999 with a MArch degree. He qualified as an Architect in 2004 while working at the Bath office of Feilden Clegg Bradley Studios. Whilst there James developed his interest in sustainable architecture and developed his talents as an active design team member, working on a number of large scale and complex educational projects.

These included the new £22m City Academy in Bristol and the reconfiguration of Francis Close Hall at the University of Gloucestershire. He also worked alongside Chris Mackenzie on the Portland Square Building for the University of Plymouth. He left FCB Studios in 2005 and travelled to Sydney, Australia where he worked on numerous projects first at FJMT Architects and then with the award winning Louise Nettleton.

James returned to the UK and joined Designscape in the summer of 2007. He is currently involved with the construction phase of the Science Art Gallery and Production Studios for Damien Hirst and is a design tutor at the University of Bath.
